At Montclair, every product is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped with utmost care. Since we deal in premium products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy. However, customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us.

No Refund Policy
- No Refunds & No Returns
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is successfully delivered.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.
- Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of the product
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Minor color or design variations (as product images may vary slightly)
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help — subject to the conditions below.
To raise a damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Guidelines:
- The video must be continuous and unedited
- Start recording before opening the package
- Clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Sealed package
- Product condition upon opening
Time Limit:
Claims raised after 2 hours will not be accepted
The unboxing video and complaint must be shared within 2 hours of delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Montclair.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
- Montclair is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
