At Montclair, every product is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped with utmost care. Since we deal in premium products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy. However, customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


No Refund Policy

  • No Refunds & No Returns
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is successfully delivered.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.
  • Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of the product
    • Incorrect selection by the customer
    • Minor color or design variations (as product images may vary slightly)
  • By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help — subject to the conditions below.

To raise a damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be continuous and unedited
  • Start recording before opening the package
  • Clearly show:
    • Shipping label
    • Sealed package
    • Product condition upon opening

Time Limit:

Claims raised after 2 hours will not be accepted

The unboxing video and complaint must be shared within 2 hours of delivery


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Montclair.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
  • Montclair is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
