Shipping Policy
We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Orders placed before 10:00 AM (IST) are generally processed the same business day; later orders are processed on the next working day. We ship via trusted partners like Delhivery and Blue Dart, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays. Once dispatched, shipping details cannot be changed.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition. Claims without an unboxing video or submitted after the specified time will not be accepted. Approved claims will be resolved after verification. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
